Taiji, which is also sometimes spelled as “T’ai Ch’i,” is a martial art that has been practiced in China for hundreds of years.  Although Taiji was originally practiced for self-defense, most contemporary practitioners train in Taiji for the improvement of body, mind, and spirit wellness.
